About

Ana is a self taught artist, a mother, a dreamer - walking the soft edge between earth and spirit. Her work is stirred by the wild rhythm of nature, the mysteries of the feminine, and the quiet wisdom found in life's ordinary moments.
Raised in the Lake District, Ana grew up wrapped in the arms of mossy woods, stone walls, and ever-changing skies. That early connection to the land still lives in her brushstrokes, her bare feet in the grass, and her love for wild swimming in cold, sacred waters.

Now rooted in Kendal, Ana shares her life with her husband, their young son, and her beloved daughter. Together they dance through the beautiful chaos of family life - adventuring, laughing, holding space for one another to grow.

Ana is also a registered Occupational Therapist. Through her therapeutic work, she brings gentle strength, compassion, helping others return to wholeness - body, mind and soul. She believes healing is not a straight line, but a spiral, and that community, creativity and connection are at the heart of wellbeing.

In the spaces between roles, Ana finds joy in cooking and baking nourishing meals for family and friends, tending the garden, and walking through hills and woods - often with her son on her back and with her faithful Rottweiler, Bella, by their side.
